HOW I LEARNED TO BAKE FROM BOOKS

I learned how to bake from books. I only have one very important tip for those who want to embark on baking the way I did it--read the book thoroughly. And if perchance there are terms you do not understand, consult a dictionary or the glossary of terms in the book itself.

Another very important matter to take note of is the table of measurements used by the particular book you are using. it may be using metric, imperial, or what not systems. Be sure you are using the proper measuring instruments or you know the conversion of weights and measures. By conquering these two hurdles--word definition and weights and measures--you are well on your way.
